We offer a full refund for the product price, excluding shipping and handling fees. Please note that we only accept returns for products purchased directly from www.gessiskin.co.za. If you have purchased our products from a third-party retailer, please contact them directly for their return policy.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@gessiskin.co.za with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and shipping label. Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging before sending it back to us.
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. After approval, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account statement, depending on your financial institution.
